Below is a list of the packages I offer but should any of these not suit, don't hesitate to reach out and we can work on a custom package together.

Ceremony - 1 hour: £250 

Playing as your guests are being seated, as you walk down the aisle, the signing of the register and as you exit

Ceremony & Drinks Reception - 2 to 3 hours: £320 to £390

Drinks Reception & Wedding Breakfast - 3 hours: £390

Full Day - usually around 5 hours: £550

A few extra details...

Deposit - There is a £50 non-refundable deposit required to secure the date.

Mileage - charged at 45p per mile.  Any additional expenses to be agreed seperately before the day.  

Amplification - available for no extra charge.  Ideal for drinks receptions and wedding breakfasts with more than 50 guests.

Wet Weather - Although I love playing outside and am happy to do so, harps and rain do not get on.  If the weather is changeable and there is a chance of rain, the harp will be moved inside.  If there has been rain the night before, the harp cannot go on soft grass or wet surfaces.  Ideally, the harp needs a sheltered spot and you should have a contingency plan in place just in case.  

Cold Weather - No outdoor playing below 10 degrees.

Hot Weather - If the temperature is over 20 degrees, shade needs to be provided.

Cancellation - A £50 non-refundable deposit is taken at the time of booking.  If cancelled a month before, 50% of the fee will be chared.  If 2 weeks or less to the event, the full fee will be payable.
